The Local Maids provides residential and commercial cleaning services in select areas. Service availability is subject to location, scheduling, and availability of cleaning professionals.

2. Booking and Payment

  • Booking: You may schedule services through our website or by phone. By booking, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.
  • Payment: Payments are due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept various forms of online payment through secure third-party processors.
  • Rescheduling and Cancellations: We request at least 24 hours’ notice for any rescheduling or cancellations. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.

3. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you're not satisfied with your cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours of service. We’ll return to address the issue at no extra charge. Refunds are granted at our discretion and may not be available in all cases.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide clear access to the property and any necessary instructions.
  • Secure valuables and fragile items.
  • Notify us of any special conditions, allergies, or restrictions within the home.

5. Limitations of Liability

While we take care to ensure high standards, The Local Maids is not liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Damages caused by pre-existing conditions, unstable items, or improper installations.
  • Accidental damage exceeding the total cost of the booked service.

6. Access and Safety

Clients must ensure a safe environment for cleaners. We reserve the right to cancel or suspend service if a cleaner feels unsafe or if conditions are hazardous (e.g., pest infestations, unsanitary conditions).

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including logos, text, graphics, and service descriptions, is the property of The Local Maids and may not be copied or used without written permission.

8. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to external websites. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate accounts at our discretion if these Terms are violated or if behavior toward our staff is inappropriate or abusive.
